摘要
QuEChERS方法具有快速、简单、廉价、有效、可靠、安全的特点在食品的农药多残留分析中得到广泛应用。自面世以来,不断有学者对其进行改良使之可检测的范围更广,检测结果更加准确和精密度更高。本文对改良QuEChERS方法进行综述,详细介绍了QuEChERS方法在样品处理、净化剂、缓冲溶液和与液相微萃取技术结合等方面优化的研究进展。
QuEChERS method, with the characteristics of rapid, simple, cheap, effective, reliable and secure, has been widely used on pesticide multi-residues analysis in foods. Since its appearance, many improvements have been made by scholars continuously to make it work in wider detect range, more accuracy and higher precision. In this article, we review the recent progress in the modified QuEChERS Method, including the sample pretreatment, the choice of buffer solution as well as the dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction technology optimization.
