摘要
建立了一种用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定污水中DMP、DEP、DBP和BBP 4种邻苯二甲酸酯的分析方法。HPLC分析条件:以C18色谱柱(4.6*250 mm,5μm)为分离柱,以乙腈-水(80∶20,v/v)为流动相,紫外检测器(检测波长238 nm),流速为1 mL/min。该方法操作简便、分析时间短,精密度与准确度良好,污水样加标回收率在88.59%~111.96%之间,相对标准偏差小于7.30%。污水厂水样测定结果表明,进水中4种PAEs污染较为严重,总浓度达到116.04μg/L,而出水总浓度降至6.29μg/L,污水处理工艺对4种邻苯二甲酸酯均具有较高的去除率。
To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of four kinds of phthalic acid esters, including DMP, DEP, DBP and BBP. HPLC analysis conditions: C18 column(4.6*250 mm,5 μm) as Separation column, acetonitrile-water(80:20) as mobile phase, UV detection(detecting wavelength was 238 nm), and the flow rate was 1 ml/min. The method has the advantages of simple operation, short analysis time and good precision and accuracy for the recovery rate of sewage samples ranged from 88.59% to 111.96% and the relative standard deviations were less than 7.30%. The determination results of sewage samples showed that the pollution of four phthalates in influent was serious, with the total concentration of 116.04 μg/L, however the total effluent concentration felled to 6.29 μg/L because of the high removal rate of four phthalates by Sewage Treatment.
