摘要
本文用火焰原子吸收法对矾土中的氧化钙进行测定。按照JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》[1]技术规范要求,对检测过程中的测量不确定度进行评定,分析了测量不确定度的来源,包括样品预处理、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合、测量重复性4个方面。通过评定,当矾土中氧化钙含量为0.292%时,测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.00648%。
The calcium oxide content in alumina was determined using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. It was evaluated based on the theory of assessing the degree of uncertainty of measurement in JJFl059-1999. The main sources of uncertainty were analyzed, including sample pretreatment, standard solution preparation, standard curve fitting, measurement repeatability and so on. When the calcium oxide content was 0.292 %, the expanded uncertainty was 0.00648 %.
