摘要
教学督导作为国内高等院校的教育质量的重要保障机制,对提高教育教学质量起到了十分积极的作用。然而,目前教学督导主要以校院两级督导为主,督导人员的专业教学背景可能和被督导人员相差较大,在认知和反馈上不能完全客观反应被督导人员的教学水平,降低了督导的工作效能。本文探讨以校院两级"外部督导"为基础,构建教研室"内部督导"体系的必要性和可行性,为高等院校教育教学改革提供借鉴和参考。
Teaching supervision which takes an important part in improving teaching quality is an essential component in teaching quality assurance system of Higher Education. However, professional backgrounds of supervisors are quite different from those of professional teachers, as the current teaching supervision system in China mainly consists of both school and college levels. It is hard for supervisors who are not familiar with expertise to make correct and completely objective feedback to the teaching faculties under supervision in class. This study discusses the necessity and feasibility of constructing the new "internal supervision" system by faculty working office based on the current "external supervision", which can be used as reference for the reformation of higher education.
