基于网络嵌入性的地方高校创业教育生态系统构建初探

The Construction of Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem in Local Universities Based on Network Embeddedness

针对当前高校创业教育发展迅速而创业教育效果不佳的现状,已有学者通过调查发现高校创业教育存在社会参与不足、办学相对封闭是创业教育效果不佳的主要原因之一。为此,通过对创业教育相关研究文献的回顾,在对比国内外创业教育的基础上,本文从网络嵌入性的视角,重点结合区域经济发展的需求及区域内的创业服务行业,研究如何通过地方高校创业教育生态系统构建来提高高校创业教育的效果,为区域经济发展带来新的动力,从而实现高校创业教育与区域经济增长的良性循环。从理论上,本文拓展了创业教育研究的视角,将以高校校内为中心,拓展到区域网络。从实践上,本文对提高高校创业教育具有指导和借鉴意义。

in view of the current situation of the rapid development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and the ineffectiveness of entrepreneurship education, through investigation, some scholars have found that the lack of social participation and relative sealing in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is one of the main reasons for the ineffectiveness of entrepreneurship education. Based on the literature reviews on entrepreneurship education and the comparison of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, from the perspective of network embeddedness, this paper focuses on the needs of regional economic development and the entrepreneurial service industry in the region. Then, this paper suggests how to construct entrepreneurial education ecosystem in colleges and universities in order to improve the effect of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and bring new impetus to the regional economic development. By doing so, this paper aims to achieve a virtuous circle of entrepreneurship education and regional economic growth. In theory, this paper expands the perspective of entrepreneurial education research from focusing on universities and colleges to the regional network. From the practice, this article has the instruction and the reference significance to enhance the university entrepreneurial education.
