摘要
随着工业自动化的不断发展,满足精度要求的空间曲线焊缝的焊接成为自动化焊接设备要解决的首要问题。采用空间等长小直线段首尾连接来拟合空间焊缝轨迹曲线,在保证误差的条件下进行离散点的选取,从而完成焊枪的轨迹跟踪运动,实现空间曲线焊缝的焊接。最后通过MATLAB软件的仿真验证了该插补算法的正确性和实效性。
With the continuous development of industrial automation, the seam of space curve welding meet the accuracy requirements has become the most important issue to be solved by automated welding equipment. Small long straight sections connected end to end to fit the space weld trajectory curve,selected discrete points in ensuring error conditions,thus completing the torch movement trajectory tracking,and implement the space curve welding seam welding. Through the MATLAB software simulation verify the correctness and effectiveness of the interpolation algorithm.
