摘要
为了提高钻机在钻进软煤层瓦斯抽放孔时的工作效率,解决松软煤层施工中由于煤层塌孔造成排渣不顺而导致丢钻杆的问题,研制出了ZYWL-2600R型高转速全液压钻机。介绍了ZYWL-2600R型高转速全液压钻机的结构特点、技术参数以及在山西阳煤集团平舒煤业有限公司平舒煤矿井下工业性试验情况,总结了该钻机在松软煤层和易垮塌岩石中钻孔施工情况,施工结果证明高转速钻机比普通钻机在成孔率和钻孔深度方面有着明显的优势。
In order to improve the working efficiency of drilling rig in soft coal seam gas drainage hole and solve the problem of losing drill pipe caused by slumping of coal seam in soft coal seam construction,ZYWL-2600 R high speed full hydraulic drilling rig. Introduces the structural characteristics and technical parameters of the ZYWL-2600 R high-speed full hydraulic drilling rig and the industrial test conditions of the Pingshu coal mine in Shanxi Yangshi coal mining group Pingshu coal industry co.ltd.,summarizes the drilling rig in soft coal seam and easy collapse drilling in the rock construction, the construction results prove that high-speed drilling rig drilling than the average rate of drilling and drilling depth has a clear advantage.
