摘要
为了对大直径铰接销轴外圆加工余量进行有效控制,试验随机选取3根35Cr Mn Si A材料,直径准190 mm,长度700 mm的热轧圆钢按照GB-T 702-2008《热轧圆钢和方钢尺寸外形重量及允许偏差》要求进行验证并研究分析。
Verification and analysis are conducted to three 35CrMnSiA hot-rolled round steel bars（diameters：φ190 mm,lengths：700 mm） with randomly selected,in the experiment according to regulations defined in 《Hot-rolled Round and Square Steel Bars： Dimensions,Shape,Weight and Permitted tolerances》to effectively control the working allowances of external circular surfaces of hinged pin shafts with big diameters.
