摘要
在液压支架设计过程中,结构件不同位置的焊缝在矿井下受力不同,通过对不同焊缝大小及形式做出的焊接试件分别做拉伸试验,对比拉伸试验后得到的试验数据,然后总结出焊缝大小及形式对焊缝强度的影响关系,从而能够为设计人员在设计液压支架结构件不同位置焊缝结构时提供参考。
In the design process of hydraulic support, weld of structural parts at different position suffer different stress under mines. By means of tensile test for welded specimens made of different weld sizes and forms, and comparisons of data after tensile test, it concludes the impact of weld sizes and forms exerted to weld strength, and thus provide a reference to designers in the design of weld structure at different positions for hydraulic support structural parts.
