摘要
根据某型煤层气钻机顶驱系统设计参数要求,对顶驱系统关键件进行了设计分析,确定了顶驱主传动装置的结构形式,且校核驱动齿轮的强度及可靠性、确定了液压马达型号及制动组件的形式等;根据顶驱主要承受载荷运用有限元法对旋转底座受力进行分析,为该型煤层气钻机的后续设计提供了理论依据。
According to a certain type of coal bed methane drilling rig top drive system design parameters,the key parts of top drive system are analyzed, the structure of main transmission device is determined. The strength and reliability of the drive gear are checked. Hydraulic motor model and brake components form are identified; According to the top drive main load bearing form,uses the finite element method to analyze the force of rotational mounts,and provides theory basis for the follow-up design of this type of coal bed methane drilling rig.
