安全阀搬运车承重摆臂轻量化设计 被引量:3

摘要 利用Solidworks对安全阀搬运车进行实体建模,且对承重摆臂进行网格划分,利用Workbench分析软件对承重摆臂实际受力情况进行应力应变分析。根据分析结果,在保证结构强度与刚度的基础上,通过响应曲面分析法对摆臂进行轻量化设计。仿真结果表明:承重摆臂在最大应力应变的作用下,其质量能够进一步减小,使其结构更加合理,更好的配合吊装装置,节省材料,提高使用性能。 Solidworks software was used to build physical modeling of carrying vehicle for safety valve,and then meshed to supporting swing arm, next used Workbench analysis software to conduct stress and strain analysis for the actual boundary condition of supporting swing arm. According to the results of analysis,on the basis of ensuring the structural strength and stiffness, developed lightweight design of swing arm by response surface analysis method. The simulation results showed that the swing arm quality could further reduce under the biggest stress and strain,making the structure more reasonable and better cooperate with lifting device,saving material and improving operational performance.
