介质充填率是磨机运行的重要指标之一,介质充填率的准确检测是保证稳定生产运行的关键。通过数学理论推导,得出介质填充率的计算公式,并得到介质面弦长或介质面距筒体顶的高度与磨机半径的比值与介质填充率的对应表,实际测量可直接根据比值在对应表中查找理论填充率,省略了计算过程,结果准确可靠。还列出了介质面弦长、介质面距筒体顶高度的经验公式与介质填充率对照表,并提出了经验公式详细的适用范围及与理论值的误差率。
