摘要
分析了当前国内综采工作面的自动化现状,研究综采工作面自动化系统方案,主要涉及液压支架与采煤机远程控制技术、支架防碰撞技术、工作面直线度控制技术,并引入视频拼接技术改善工作面视频显示方式。综采自动化系统已在神东石圪台矿进行了井下工业性实验与应用,有效地实现了工作面减员与高效生产。
The current status of automation control for the fully mechanized workface in coal mine is investigated at home. A new solution of fully mechanized mining automation system is proposed, which is including remote control technology of hydraulic support and shearer,support anti-collision technology,straightness control technology of working face. And video splicing technology is also introduced to improve video display mode of working face. The proposed solution has carried out underground industrial test and applied in Shendong, which effectively realizes less miners and efficient production.
