掘进机二运行走限位断电报警装置的设计与应用

Design and Application of Roadheader Second Run Way Limit and Power Outage Alarm Device

针对煤矿井下掘进工作中,掘进机二运转载在带式输送机尾承载部倒退时易撞到开关架的问题,设计了一种限位断电报警装置,可以有效防止二运转载机撞坏设备事故的发生,提高了掘进工作的安全系数。

In coal mine underground excavation work, in view of problems of the second conveyor loader of roadheader in the belt tail bearing department back easy to hit the switch, a kind of limit and power outage alarm device was designed,it can effectively prevent second conveyor loader crashed operation equipment accidents, improve the safety factor of the excavation work.
