基于虚拟样机技术的三叉杆滑块式万向节动态特性研究

摘要 针对三叉杆滑块式万向节各构件之间存在相互耦合作用,整体动态特性复杂的问题,开展了万向节整体有限元动态特性研究。采用虚拟样机技术,在Solidworks和ANSYS Workbench环境下建立了万向节模型,通过模态分析,得到其12阶固有频率及相应振型,在模态分析的基础上分析了万向节的谐响应特性,计算出万向节发生共振的频率、共振幅值及主振方向,为改进三叉杆滑块式万向节的结构设计、完善其动力学性能提供理论依据,对改进结构进行分析比较,确定了改进结构的可用性。 Aiming at the coupled interactions between the links and the complicated dynamic properties of the tripod sliding universal joint, the Finite Element Modal Analysis on the universal joint was conducted. By using of the virtual prototyping technology, the dynamic model of the tripod sliding niversal joint was set up in Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench environment firstly. The twelve orders inherent frequencies and vibration shapes are acquired by the modal analysis. The harmonic response analysis of the joint was conducted based on its modal analysis. Furthermore,the resonance frequencies,amplitude and direction were calculated. The research conclusions can provide a theoretical foundation for improving the design of the tripod sliding universal joint and perfecting its dynamic behavior, then analyzed and compared the improved structure, and determined usability of the structure.
