摘要
利用Solidworks对锚杆搅拌器进行参数化建模,并在ANSYS有限元分析法基础上,对其进行模态分析,提取前5阶非零模态振型图。利用各阶频率与振型之间的关系得出振动特性,通过Solidworks对其进行优化设计,结果表明,该结果为锚杆搅拌器结构设计提供一定的数据参考,并且避免了锚杆搅拌器共振造成的破坏。
The rock bolt mixer is an important part in the coal mine machinery equipment, and the modal analysis is very important. Solidworks is used for parametric modeling of rock bolts, and based on ANSYS finite element analysis, the modal analysis is carried out, the first five order non zero mode vibration mode is extracted. The vibration characteristics are obtained by using the relationship between the frequency and vibration mode. The results provide a reference for the structure design of the anchor, and avoid the damage caused by the vibration of the anchor.
