摘要 煤矸石分选是煤矿生产中的重要环节。提出一种基于图像处理的煤矸石分选方法。利用搭建的图像采集系统采集煤块和矸石图像,对采集的图像进行图像剪切、图像平滑等预处理操作,计算图像灰度直方图,从中提取灰度均值和标准差指标,为分选机构提供判断依据。研究表明,煤块灰度均值明显小于矸石灰度均值,灰度均值指标能有效地识别出煤块和矸石,可代替人眼用于块煤预排矸过程。 Coal and gangue separation is an important link in mine production. Propose a method of coal and gangue separation based on image processing. Coal and gangue images were collected by the image acquisition system. Then image preprocessing operation was applied to images to obtain qualified images,such as image cropping,image smoothing and so on. The gray level histogram was calculated,and the gray level mean and standard deviation indexes were extracted to distinguish coal and gangue.Research indicated that there was obvious gray level difference between coal and gangue,the gray level mean index could be used to distinguish coal and gangue well,it could replace human eyes to complete coal and gangue separation process.
