摘要
中国石油辽河石化公司重整装置在混合二甲苯生产过程中,遇到了二甲苯收率偏低,馏程过窄的问题。针对以上问题,利用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件,建立了脱C7塔和二甲苯塔的工艺流程模型,并将模拟结果与生产数据对比,验证了模型的可靠性。通过ASPEN PLUS的灵敏度分析功能,研究了两塔回流比和塔底热负荷对混合二甲苯收率和质量的影响,并以最大化二甲苯收率为目标,求解得到了最优回流比和最优塔底热负荷。通过对操作参数的优化调整,二甲苯馏程范围可从1.5℃扩大至4.7℃,收率从15.0%提高到23.6%,装置月增效80多万元。
In the operation of continuous catalytic reforming unit in PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company, there exist the problems of low yield of xylene and the narrow distillation range of xylene. To solve these problems, the ASPEN Plus which is a simulation software is applied to simulate the xylene separation process based on the actual production data. The reliability of the model is verified by comparing the simula- tion results with the production data. The impacts of reflux ratio of two towers and tower bottom heat load on the yields and quality of xylene are analyzed by using the sensitivity analysis function of ASPEN Plus. To max- imize the yield of xylene, the optimum reflux ratio and optimum tower bottom heat load are obtained. In addi- tion, the optimization of operation parameters has raised the fraction range of xylene from 1.5 ℃ to4.7 ℃ andincreased the xylene yield from 15% to 23.6%. The annual additional benefit is over 800,000 Yuan (RMB).
