催化裂化烟机入口高温蝶阀电液执行机构及其故障分析 被引量:5

摘要 以某炼油厂引进的催化裂化装置烟机入口高温蝶阀为例,对其电液执行机构的工作原理以及如何实现调节功能、紧急状况快速关闭功能、锁位功能和手动液压操作功能进行了分析,该系统在现场调试过程中发现其电液执行机构在自动-手动切换时存在扰动以及正常工作状态时存在阀位漂移。为此在液压回路中加装了一管式单向阀并更换电气控制单元,经现场运行检测,改造效果良好。 In a case study of the high-temperature butterfly valve at the inlet of imported FCC flue gas ex- pander in a petroleum refinery, the working principles of electro-hydraulic actuator and how to realize its con- trol functionsand fast closing at the emergency, locking functions and manual hydraulic operation are analyzed. In the commission process at the project job site, the disturbance in the switch-over of automatic-manual oper- ations of electro-hydraulic actuator and position drift in normal operation were found. The main revamping scheme is: a single way pipe valve is installed in the hydraulic loop and electric control system is replaced. The site testing shows that the revamping of electro-hydraulic actuator is satisfactory.
