摘要 根据GB 50779—2012《石油化工控制室抗爆设计规范》的使用情况及现场调查,分析了石化工程建筑物抗爆设计中存在的问题,并依据相关研究和规范标准对建筑物为何要进行抗爆设计及哪些建筑物需进行抗爆设计进行了讨论,阐述了"爆炸后可修"的抗爆设计原则;强调了建筑物平面位置等概念设计在抗爆设计中的重要性;结合工程实例说明爆炸超压取值对HSE风险的影响,强调了爆炸超压应由爆炸安全性评估确定;同时指出施工和使用过程中外墙开洞不密封、抗爆门一直敞开等问题的严重性及可能会造成的严重后果。还提出了规范修订时需强调、修改和增加的内容。 Based upon the application of "Code for Anti-explosion Design of Control Rooms for Petro- chemical Industry" GB 50779--2012 and field investigation, the existing problems in the anti-explosion design of buildings for petrochemical industry are pointed out. Why the buildings need the anti-explosion design and which buildings requiring the anti-explosion design are analyzed based upon the research work and apphcable codes and standards. The design principles for being repairable after explosion are described, and the impor- tance of conceptual plot plan design of buildings anti-explosion design is highlighted. The impact of ex- plosion overpressure value on HSE risk is studied. The explosion overpressure should be determined by explo- sion safety assessment. The serious problems in construction and usage, such as outer wall open hole not sealed, blast-resistant door remaining opened, etc , and associated serious consequences are discussed. The contents which need to be emphasized, modified and added in code revision are proposed.
