猪脑中提取胆甾醇的工艺研究

Study on the Extraction Process of Cholesteryl from Pig Brain

目的:研究从猪脑中提取胆甾醇的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以胆甾醇得率为指标对丙酮用量、提取时间、提取次数进行提取条件筛选,并采用化学反应法对产品进行定性鉴别。结果:优选工艺条件确定为提取3次,提取时间1 h,丙酮用量为5倍。定性鉴别显色稳定、特征明显。结论:本工艺条件温和、操作简便、重现性好,适合工业化生产。

Objective： To Study the extraction process of cholesteryl from pig brain. Method： With the yield of Cholesteryl as the index, the extraction condition was optimized by orthogonal test to confirm the dosage of acetone, extraction duration and extraction times. Chemical reaction method adopted to identification the product. Results： the optimized process was confirmed as extracting three times with five-fold acetone, and extracting one hour for each time. The qualitative identification showed steady color reactions and obvious characteristics. Conclusion： The process condition was mild, and the operation was simple, reproducible and suitable for industrial production.
