厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附规律 被引量:1

摘要 废水中恩诺沙星浓度为2~200 mg/L,采用灭活和活性厌氧颗粒污泥进行吸附,研究了吸附平衡时间和p H值对吸附的影响,以及在20、30、40℃条件下,厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附等温曲线。结果表明,活性厌氧颗粒污泥与失活厌氧颗粒污泥的吸附规律基本一致。失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附基本在6 h内达到吸附平衡,去除率维持在95.0%~97.0%;p H值在3~9范围内,吸附效果基本没有变化,去除率为93.6%~97.4%,当p H值大于9时,吸附效果明显减低,去除率仅为60.7%;在20~40℃条件下,失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附量会随温度的升高而降低,且失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附都符合Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程,其中Langmuir方程能更好的拟合失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附,说明失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附为单分子层吸附,不存在复杂的螯合以及络合作用。 This paper were performed to measure the adsorption capacity of anaerobic granular sludge for enrofloxacin. The effects of pH and temperature were also investigated. The result show that there was no difference of the adsorption rules of activated anaerobic granular sludge and inactivated anaerobic granular. sludge. The adsorption equilibrium was established in 6h, the removal rate was maintained at 95.0 %- 97.0 %; There was no significant effect of pH when pH range of 3-9 at 25 ℃, the removal rate was 93.6 %- 97.4 %; when pH〉9, the adsorptive capacity decreased, the removal rate was only 60.7 %: the experimental data of equilibrium concentrations were well correlated by both Freundlich and Langmuir, and the Langmuir was more correlated than Freundlich, this results showed that the adsorption of enrofloxacin on the anaerobic granular sludge was monomolecular adsorption and There is no complex chelation and complexation between molecules. In addition, the adsorptive capacities decreased with increasing temperature., so the anaerobic granular sludge could be used to study the adsorption law of anaerobic granular sludge on enrofloxacin.
