摘要
本实验制备羧基化纳米金,以氯化亚砜进行酰胺化处理,再与4-[(5-氯-吡啶)偶氮]-1,3-二氨基苯(5-Cl-PADAB)耦合,得到5-Cl-PADAB功能化纳米金团簇。通过紫外分光光度计,红外以及XRD分别表征其结构和性能。结果表明:功能化前的曲线和功能化后的曲线在形状上发生了很大不同,最大吸收波长也向长波方向发生移动(红移)。
A In this paper, amination nano gold was prepared, then amidated with sulfoxide chloride to couple with 4 - [(5-chloro-pyridine) azo]-1, 3- diaminobenzene (5-Cl-PADAB) forming get 5-Cl-PADAB functionalized nano gold clusters. Ultraviolet spectrophotometer, IR and XRD were employed to character the structure and performance respectively. The results indicated that 5-ClPADAB functionalized nano gold clusters showed different shape, the maximum absorption wavelength move to longer wavelength (red shift).
