摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了白钨矿结构复合氧化物Ca_(1-x)Gd_xMoO_4粉体。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等测试手段对其结构、形貌和电性能进行了表征。结果表明采用溶胶凝胶法经900℃煅烧后成功制备出了具有白钨矿结构的掺杂CaMoO_4粉末,所得的粉体具有良好的烧结活性,经1250℃烧结后得到的Ca_(1-x)Gd_xMoO_4系列电解质陶瓷具有较好的离子导电率。800℃时候的离子电导率约为7.56×10^(-3)S·cm^(-1)。在中低温固体氧化物燃料电池中具有潜在应用价值。
Ca1-xGdxMoO4 powder with scheelite structure was prepared by sol-gel method. The crystal structure, morphology and electrical properties is determined by employing the x-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) techniques. The results shows doped CaMoO4 powders can be prepared by the sol-gel method alter sintered at 900 ℃, the powders demonstrate higher sinterability. Electrochemical testing reveal that the electrical performances are superior to that of pure CaMoO4, and a total conductivity of 7.56×10^-3S·cm-1 at 800℃could be obtained in the Gd0.3Ca0.7MoO4compoundsinteredat 1250 ℃ for 4h, and Ca1-xGdxMoO4 is a possible electrolyte material for SOFC.
