水晶磨盘再生处理-基于铁基上电解退镀镍电解液研究

摘要 结合水晶磨盘的结构特点,开发了一种以硫酸、甘油、双氧水为组要成分的新型电解退镀液,考察了各反应参数对镍的退镀速率和铁蚀速率的影响,结果表明,最佳的电镀液成份为硫酸浓度500 m L/L,甘油浓度25 m L/L,双氧水浓度20 m L/L,反应温度为35℃,槽电压控制在5 V时,镍的退除速率达到19.2μm/h,铁蚀速率为0.1μm/h。 In combination with the structural features of crystal disc, we report the preparation of solution of electrolytic stripping composed of Sulfuric acid. glycerinum and hydrogen Peroxide. In this study, the speed of electrolytic stripping of nickel and steel at different parameters was investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimal parameter. Under the conditions of Sulfuric acid concentration of 500 mL/L, glycerinum concentration of 25 mL/L, hydrogen peroxide concentration of 20 mL/L, temperature of 25℃C and cell potential of 5 V, the speed of electrolytic stripping of nickel and steel reached 19.2 Hm/h and 0.1 μm/h, respectively.
