建立地质工作与岩矿测试有效机制的探析

Study on the Efficient Mechanism of Geological Exploration Work and Rock & Mineral Analysis Work

资源安全、生态安全和环境安全成为世界各国发展的共同目标。现阶段地质工作正在大力开拓国内、国外两个市场,由于区域、资源和专业的不同,地质工作出现了"广、急、现、省、全"等新特征。岩矿测试一直是地质工作中必不可少的重要基础,伴随着地质事业的快速发展,岩矿测试工作也出现了"四化"新趋势。需要将地质勘查工作与岩矿测试工作有机结合起来:地质人员应充分了解现阶段时代的测试技术,并借助实验室与仪器设备全面展开工作;测试人员主动从地质勘查的现实出发,充分利用现有的现代化仪器设备,为地质勘查工作提供支撑,不能单方面的等待样品和数据的产生。本文从双方发展变化新特征出发,寻求促进行业共同发展的举措,探析建立一些有效管理机制。

Resource security, ecological security and environmental security has become the common development goal of all countries in the world. The present geological work is growing national market and international market. Because of the difference from region, resources and specialty, there have ＂wide, rapid, live, economize, full＂ and other new features in modern mineral geological work. Rock and mineral analysis is a indispensable and important basic in the geological work. Along with the rapid development of geological work, Rock and mineral analysis have appeared ＂four vary ＂ new trends. It requires that the close relation ship should be established for geological exploration and rock＆ mineral analysis. On the one hand, it is urgent that geologists should further understand the tbatures of modern testing technology, and fully utilize the instruments and equipments. On the other hand, the laboratory also need to provide the technological support for the geological exploration, develop the new analytical methods, new techniques, new equipments, rather than only receive samples and export simply analytical data. In order to promote common development, the article study to set up some effective management mechanism from the new featurs and new trends.
