摘要 城市黑臭水体不仅给群众带来了极差的感官体验,也是直接影响群众生产生活的突出水环境问题,国务院颁布的《水污染防治行动计划》提出"到2020年,地级及以上城市建成区黑臭水体均控制在10%以内,到2030年,城市建成区黑臭水体总体得到消除"的控制性目标^([1])。磁加载和磁分离水质净化技术在20 min以内能快速有效去除水中的悬浮物和磷以及其他污染物,技术装置占地面积小,简便易行,运行成本低,能达到快速去除水中的污染物的目的,符合河涌黑臭治理"控源截污、内源治理;活水循环、清水补给;水质净化、生态修复"的基本技术路线^([2])。 City black smelly water not only to bring tbe masses of the poor sensory experience, highlighting the problem of water environment is also directly affect the production and life of the masses, the State Council promulgated the "water pollution prevention action plan" put forward "to 2020, prefecture level city built water area are black odor control in less than 10%, to 2030, control the target of the city built-up area of black and odorous water to get rid of the whole". Magnetic loading and magnetic separation of suspended solids and water purification technology can quickly and effectively remove phosphorus and other pollutants within 20 min. The device is simple, small footprint, low operation cost, can achieve the purpose of rapid removal of pollutants in water, with treatment of "black odor River pollutant source control, internal governance, riving water circulation, water supply; technology route of water purification and ecological restoration.
