应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)是压力容器和压力管道最主要的失效模式之一。本文介绍了应力腐蚀开裂的主要机理,并对影响因素进行了分析,根据应力腐蚀开裂机理及影响因素提出了相应的防护措施。

SCC is one of the major failure modes of pressure vessels and pressure pipes. This paper introduces the major mechanism of SCC and analyzes the factors that influence SCC, according to which the corresponding protection measures are proposed.
