摘要 本文介绍某公司蜡油加氢裂化装置加热炉的设计方案,包括炉膛布置、炉管布置及余热回收系统等。反应进料加热炉采用纯辐射立管立式炉,炉管采用单排管双面辐射的排管结构;产品分馏塔进料加热炉为双辐射室立管圆筒炉;余热回收系统设置双鼓风机;采用燃料-空气环保型比例控制技术进行燃烧控制。本装置加热炉采用UOP工艺包,对蜡油加氢裂化装置加热炉的设计具有指导意义。 In the article, the design technical scheme of heaters for wax-oil hydro-cracking unit was introduced, including radiant-box layout, radiant section coil layout and waste heat recovery system layout. In the design of combined feed heater, vertical tube, single row and double lace radiation were used, with radiant-box only. In the design of products fractionator feed heater, two cylindrical-radiant sections and single row single face radiation section were used. And in waste heat recovery system, two blowers were used. Then, fuel-air ratio control technique, which is meet the requirements of environmental protection. In fact, UOP process package from USA is used in the design of heaters, which is the guide to design of the same heaters used in oil refining plants.
