从“训练”到“养成”——基于“训练营”模式的非师范毕业新教师教育素养培育研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着教师资格证的改革推进,大量非师范毕业生进入教师队伍,其教育素养不足问题也日益凸显。要做到既遵循教育素养的"养成"规律又兼顾当下非师范毕业新教师(下称"学员")教育技能的掌握和潜力的培育,就必须跳出既有培训思维,在教育素养的"训练"和"养成"上找到结合点。研究提出"训练营"模式,主张在实践"浸润"模式下,通过科学设计和实施,在"训练"夯实基础(技能)的同时,为学员预留未来发展("养成")接口、规划发展路径、预设发展框架,提供发展方法和智慧支持,实现从"训练"到"养成"的科学过渡。 More and more new teachers come from graduates of non-teacher-training major with the reforming of teacher qualification certificate examination system, while the shortage of education attainment of whom is becoming more evident. We should think creatively & outside the box of traditional training of teachers to find out the way that can combine the rule of cultivation of education attainment with the present need of teaching skills of new teacher to developing the education attainment of new teacher of non-teacher-training major. The training camp mode of education attainment is designed to solve the problem by practical mode which can both meet the need of present teaching skill and the development of the future of new teachers. In such mode, new teachers of non-teacher-training major can realize the transition from the training of teaching skills to cultivating of education attainment they can get the skill of teaching by systematic training while forming the system of scientific methods, development structure and experience for the future.
