家庭资本对博士生教育质量获得及在校学业表现的影响——基于江苏省的经验研究 被引量:7

The Influences of Family Capital on Attainment of Doctoral Education Quality and Academic Performance of Doctoral Students——An Empirical Study Based on Jiangsu Province

摘要 基于江苏省8所高校全日制脱产学术型在读博士生调研数据,运用逻辑回归模型分析家庭资本对子代博士生教育质量获得及在校学业表现的影响。回归结果显示,整体而言,家庭资本对子代博士生教育质量获得及在校学业表现的影响并不显著,但家庭经济资本对子代博士生教育质量获得及在校学业表现有明显的促进作用。这一方面说明,在经过前期筛选进入博士生教育阶段后,家庭背景的作用在逐渐弱化;另一方面说明,大学学历后社会经济分层对于教育分层的影响还在持续。 Based on the survey data of full-time academic doctoral students from 8 universities in Jiangsu province, logistic regression model was used to analysis the influences of family capital on children's attainment of doctoral education quality and academic performance. Analysis results show that the influences of family capital on their children's attainment of doctoral education quality and academic performance are not significant, while family economic capital has important role to promote children to get high quality doctoral education and have a good academic performance. That means after a preliminary screening to enter doctoral education stage, the role of family background is weakening, while the impact of socio-economic stratification on educational stratification is continuing after higher education.
