免煎颗粒人工与自动化调配的应用对比分析

The comparative analysis of both by hand and automation in prescriptions for boil–free granules of TCM

通过统计医院中药房6个月内人工与自动化两种调配方式下的中药免煎颗粒处方,分别记录处方的调配时间、处方数量和差错率。并对两种调配模式的准确性和速率进行比较分析。结果显示,自动化调配系统速率相对人工调配模式速率提升26.5%,自动化调配处方差错率为0,人工调配处方差错率为0.67%。自动化调配模式在调配速率和差错率上明显优于人工调配模式。自动化调配系统的使用有助于药品调配的准确性和效率的显著提高,有助于医院中药房工作水平的提升。

For 6 months in the hospital pharmacy, there have been statistics of prescriptions for boil free granules of traditional Chinese medicine, which are allocated both by hand and automation. The prescriptions ＂also record the time of allocation,the quantities , the error rate mad the analysis of its accuracy and speed.The resuh shows that those granules allocated by automatio has a higher speed （increase by 26.5% ）and fewer errors （0%）than those operated by manual work （0.67%_error rate）.It＇s clear that the automation has a Significant advantage over manual work in allocation.The system of automation contributes to the accuracy and efficiency of boil fi＇ee granules and the improvement of the overall level of work in the hospital pharmacy.
