中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病致呼吸衰竭(COPD)临床疗效及护理体会 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗COPD致呼吸衰竭临床疗效及护理干预措施。方法:将79例COPD所致呼吸衰竭患者按照治疗奇偶数字法分为对照组(n=39)与观察组(n=40)。两组首先给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中医辨证治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率为92.50%(37/40),显著高于对照组(64.10%,25/39)(P<0.05);两组治疗前后PaO_2及PaCO_2水平均显著改善(P<0.05),观察组血气指标水平改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病致呼吸衰竭临床疗效显著,配合科学的护理干预措施,患者预后改善更为显著,应加以推广。
