摘要
目前由于中国传统船舶行业与世界先进技术相比较为悬殊,为了提升企业整体的综合素质和生产力,满足对船舶设计和管理的需求,本文结合目前前沿的物联网技术、大数据技术和云平台技术,集成当前主流商用CAD/CAM/CAE/CAPP/PDM软件系统,运用总体和数字化样船、智能优化、生产计划管理、故障诊断与健康管理(PHM)等领域的研发工作,建立支撑整体船舶设计、制造、维护等方面的技术平台。
As there exists a huge gap between China's traditional ship-building techniques and the cutting-edge process in the world, it is necessary to enhance the overall quality and productivity of the whole industry. This paper, combining the cutting-edge technologies like Internet of things, large data and cloud platform, integrating the mainstream commercial CAD/CAM/CAE/CAPP/PDM software systems, and using the RD achievements like overall digital sample ship, intelligent optimization, production planning management, and prognostic and health management(PHM), establishes a technology platform supporting the overall design, manufacturing and maintenance of the ship.
