摘要
目前的小微企业征信工作停滞不前,导致小微企业融资困难。本文以某市公共信用中心提供的企业信用平台数据为基础,结合小微企业信用与企业主信用紧密相关的特征,经过两次指标筛选,首先得到评估指标集;再通过层次分析法计算各指标权重;在构建评估模型时,分别采用评分表和模糊隶属度分析法计算定性指标和定量指标分值。最后,对一家纺织类小微企业进行实证分析,将本文得到的企业信用分值与商业银行评估分值作对比,进一步证明本文设计的指标体系的合理性和科学性。
Recently,the work on credit of small and micro companies cannot meet the practical needs,so it is rather difficult for these companies to raise capital. In this work,based on the credit data provided by the public credit center of one specific city,we first get the evaluation metric set by filtering indices twice according to the closely related features between company's credit and its owner. Then,we compute the weights of indices through hierarchical analysis method. In the phase of constructing evaluation model,the qualitative and quantitative scores are obtained based on the score table and fuzzy membership analysis. In the empirical analysis,we compare the obtained credit scores to those given by a commercial bank,the result shows that our indices are more rational and scientific.
