摘要
本文在国内外相关薪酬激励的文献基础上,讨论了影响销售人员薪酬的主要因素,但是在员工薪酬构成等方面还需要进一步的研究探索,以期丰富与薪酬优化相关的研究。
Based on the literature on salary incentive system at home and abroad, this paper discusses the main factors that affect the remuneration of sales staff. However, further research and exploration in terms of staff compensation composition need to be done in order to enrich the research related to salary optimization.
