中学教职工人事档案信息管理系统设计

Design of Information Management System for Personnel Archives of the Teaching Staff in Middle School

目前,信息化技术发展迅速,而绝大部分中学管理本单位人事档案仍然使用传统的人工或者手动的管理模式,这种管理模式显然已经不能应对学校的发展需求,并且面临着比较严峻的挑战。本文通过对人事信息管理系统运行管理机制进行调查研究,提出了基于"互联网+"的中学教职工人事信息系统,重点介绍和分析了人事管理信息系统的建设流程和标准,为相关学校如何有效的规范档案管理、实现信息化的档案管理以及智慧校园建设等提供了有效的参考。

Nowadays, as information technology is developing rapidly, middle schools still use the traditional man- agement model for the management of personnel files. This model is unable to meet the requirements of social devel- opment, and middle schools＇ management of personnel archives is facing severe challenges. Based on the investiga- tion and research on the operation and management mechanism of personnel information management system, this paper puts forward the personnel information system of middle school teaching staff based on Internet＋, and intro- duces and analyzes the construction process of the system, which provides an effective reference for archives man- agement by using the information technology.
