摘要 随着3D打印技术的飞速发展,其在汽车、医疗、航空等领域得到了广泛应用。本文介绍了汽车模具领域最常用的三种3D打印技术,对3D打印技术在各类汽车模具研发和制造工程中运用的可行性进行了探讨。通过实例,分析了光敏树脂选择性固化工艺(SLA)、粉末材料选择性烧结工艺(SLS)和三维粉末黏结工艺(3DP)在汽车模具领域的应用现状。虽然3D打印技术无法完全替代传统汽车模具的设计和制造,但是未来3D打印技术在汽车模具领域,将朝着个性化、创新化和网络化三个方向发展,提高模具设计和加工过程的效率。 With the rapid development of 3D printing technology, its application is omnipresent in fields like automo- bile, health care and aviation. This paper introduces the three most commonly used 3D printing techniques in the field of automotive molds, and discusses the feasibility of 3D printing technology used in all kinds of automobile mold de- velopment and manufacturing. The application of selective curing process (SLA), selective sintering process (SLS) and three-dimensional powder bonding process (3DP) in automobile molds are analyzed. Although the 3D printing technology can not completely replace the traditional car mold design and manufacturing, in the future, 3D printing in the field of automobile will develop along three different directions, personalization, creativeness and networking, thus improving the efficiency of mold design and processing.
