摘要
评标模型的指标体系同时涉及到定量指标和定性指标,传统模型中存在确定指标权重的主观性缺陷。由于定性指标的不确定性和模糊性,对权重用区间数表示比单一实数值更符合实际,可以尽可能的保留评价系统的原始信息,有效处理区间形态的数据,所以,基于资质、经济和技术三个方面,建立权重信息不完全情况下区间数的绿色施工评标模型,经验证具有可行性和提升了科学性与合理性。
Both the quantitative and qualitative indexes are involved in assessment models. While subjective defect is common in the determination of the index weights in traditional models. Considering the uncertainty and fuzziness of the qualitative indexes,it is more practical to evaluate the weights by interval numbers than a fixed value. Thus,the original information in the assessment model could be preserved. A green construction assessment model is then established based on the interval number method,in which the qualification,economy and technology aspects are considered. Example analysis proves the feasibility and rationality of the proposed model.
