摘要
溧阳抽水蓄能电站采用整流锥调整流态,整流锥布置于进出水口处,为双段曲线陀螺状锥体,该整流锥为悬空设计,施工规模大,作业环境狭窄,施工难度极高,为保证锥体部分浇筑的有效支撑,采用吊拉型钢平台和扣件钢管支模架的组合支撑胎架作支撑体系,文中介绍了整流锥的施工技术与施工方法,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
In Liyang Pumped Storage Power Station,the two-curves top-shaped rectifier cones are installed in the water inlets and outlets to adjust the water flowing regime. Because of its suspended design,large construction scale and limited working space,the construction of the rectifier cones are rather difficult. To guarantee an effective support for the concrete pouring of the rectifier cones,a supporting structure combining the hanging-type steel platform and the fastenertype steel tube scaffold is adopted. It could be a useful reference for similar construction of rectifier cones.
