摘要
分析了中东铁路建筑遗产价值指标体系的影响因素,对遗产价值指标因子集进行了预设与筛选,从科技价值、艺术价值、使用价值等方面,阐述了筛选后的中东铁路建筑遗产价值评价指标体系,有助于制定出有针对性的遗产保护策略。
Analyzes the influential factors for the index system of the heritage values of the Chinese Oriental Railway, undertakes the presuppose and selection for the factor set of the heritage value indexes, illustrates the evaluation indexes system for the heritage values of the railway from the scientific and technical value, artistic value, and utilities after the selection, so as to make out the heritage protection strategies accordingly.
