结合超高层建筑的火灾特点,从防火分区、安全出口、避难层、消防车道等方面,阐述了超高层建筑的防火设计要点,并介绍了几种新型的防火材料,旨在降低超高层建筑火灾的危险性。

Combining with super-high-rise building fire features, starting from aspects of fire-fighting partition, safe exit, refuge story and fire- special lane, the paper describes super-high-rise building fire-fighting design points, and introduces some new fire-fighting materials, with a view to reduce super-high-rise building fire hazards.
