赣北地区地震特点与农村自建房屋的抗震现状

On earthquake characteristics and seismic behavior of self-built houses in North Jiangxi province

从砌筑方式、构造措施、结构体系三方面,介绍了赣北地区自建房屋的特点,分析了该地区房屋的抗震性能,并结合赣北地区相关的地震信息,提出了一些提高房屋抗震性能的建议。

Starting from three aspects of masonry methods, structural measures and structural system, the paper introduces self-built houses fea-tures in North Jiangxi province, and analyzes seismic resisting performance of houses in the above-mentioned region. Combining with relevant seismic information in North Jiangxi province, it puts forward some suggestions of improving housing seismic resisting performance.
