以西安高新区某公租房公寓住宅楼工程为例,分析了下沉式卫生间渗漏水的成因,从楼板预留洞修补、沉箱楼板防治、控制压力等方面,给出了具体的防治措施,从而提高卫生间的施工质量。

Taking a public rental apartment building engineering in Xi＇an high tech zone as an example, this paper analyzed the causes of sink-ing toilet water leakage, from the floor reserved hole repair, caisson floor control, pressure control and other aspects, gave specific prevention and control measures, so as to improve the construction quality of toilet.
