摘要
以某大桥主墩承台施工为例,研究了影响大体积混凝土开裂的主要因素,总结了防裂的具体措施,并利用温度传感器,监测检验了采取防裂措施后混凝土的温度变化规律,指出合理地选择施工材料、采取保温措施、设置冷水管才能有效控制混凝土的绝热温升,避免裂缝的产生。
Taking the bridge major pier cushion construction as an example, the paper studies major factors influencing massive concrete crack-ing, summarizes specific crack preventing measures, monitors and detects concrete temperature changing law after adopting crack preventing measures with temperature sensor, and finally points out that will avoid cracks through rationally selecting construction material, adopting thermal insulation measures and setting cooling tube.
