摘要
对乳化液在炉内随温度升高发生的挥发机理,以及钢卷在退火的各个阶段可能发生的氧化反应进行深入的研究。采取分段式控制吹氢流量和时间,使氢气吹扫与乳化液挥发达到最优匹配,有效提高了退火卷表面清洁性,降低了氢气消耗,达到了降本增效的目的。
By means of research on the volatilization mechanism of emulsion in the furnace with the in-crease of temperature, and the possible oxidation reactions of steel coils at each stage of annealing, the sectional type to control the flow rate and the time of the blow was carried out. The optimum matching of hydrogen blowing with emulsion evaporation was achieved. The surface cleaning of the annealed coil was effectively improved, and the hydrogen consumption was reduced, and the purpose of reducing the cost and the efficiency was achieved.
