承钢烧结机机尾除尘系统原采用静电除尘器,排放浓度不达标。对除尘器结构形式、进出风方式、管路附件、布袋清灰系统和控制系统进行了改造,特别是在布袋清灰系统使用了无管行喷专利技术。改造后既满足环保排放的要求,又节约了项目投资。
The former cheng steels electric dust removing system of sintering machine tail of cheng steel is the electric dust remover, it cant reach the emission standard. By improving the structural style of the dust separator, the style of in and out wind, pipelines accessory, bag - type dust remover system and controlling system, especially using the patented technology of blowing without side by side pipes in the bag - type dust remover system. After the improvement , not only does it satisfy the requirement of environmental protection, but also it cut down the project investment as well.
