商务用途英语具有独特的语言特点和语篇特点。其语言特点是词汇专业性、表达方式的正式性、简洁性、词义的灵活性;其语篇特点是较强的语域特征和目的性、较强的程式化色彩和独特的文体。
Business English has its peculiar linguistic and textual features. Its linguistic features are character-ized by the specialization of vocabulary, the formalization and conciseness of expression and the flexibility of lexical meaning. Its textual features are characterized by strong register features and purpose, stylized and peculiar dis-course .
