摘要
美国伊利诺斯州芝加哥市公立学校的教师评价与支持系统从"专业实践"与"学生成长"两方面对中小学教师进行评价,采用了专家评价、教师反思和学生调查等评价方法,并针对"发展中的"和"令人不满意的"教师制定了专业发展计划和修订计划,对教师的专业发展起到了很大的促进作用。借鉴美国芝加哥市的成功经验,我国的教师评价应该关注学生的成长、鼓励教师参与评价过程、给教师提供改进教学的机会、提升教师的综合素质。
The teacher evaluation and supporting system of Chicago Public Schools in Illinois assesses teachers in primary and secondary schools based on two aspects: professional practice and student growth. It is beneficial to the development of teachers’ professional development by means of using expert -evaluating, teacher-reflecting and student-surveyed methods,and designing the plan and revised one about professional development for teachers in the process of development and unsatisfied teachers. So,this experience can be used for reference by the teacher evaluation in China through various ways such as focusing on the students ’ development,encouraging teachers to participate in the process of evaluation,provide opportunities for teachers improving teaching, and improving their comprehensive qualities.
