关于助老机械手臂的设计

摘要 当今社会,老年人在整个社会群体中占据重要的比例。老年人的需求越来越引起人们的重视。在此背景下,该文设计了一款助老机械手臂来帮助老年人对物体进行抓取,满足老年人日常生活的需要。文中简单介绍了机械手臂的机械本体结构,对系统的工作流程进行了说明和讲解,分析介绍了系统的硬件和软件组成,设计了以stm32单片机为核心的控制系统。整套系统采用上下位机的控制形式,选用舵机驱动手臂关节,在系统软件控制下,实现各种功能。 In the modern society,the elderly occupy an important proportion in the entire social groups.The needs of the elderly attract more and more people's attention.In this context,this article designed a mechanical arm to help the elderly to crawl the object for meeting the needs of the elderly daily life.In this paper,the mechanical structure of the manipulator is briefly introduced,and the working flow of the system is explained.The hardware and software components of the system are introduced and the control system with stm32 is designed.The robot adapts control form of two piece of single ship control,which drives the movement joints based on steering engine.We can achieve its various functions with the software system control.
